Planning Permission on 7th October 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Classes A, B and C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Classes A, B and C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: That planning permission was originally granted for this dwelling in accordance with the Council's replacement dwellings policy. This planning permission grants consent for additions to the volume of the house previously approved. The Local Planning Authority wishes to retain control over further extensions to the dwelling that could have an adverse impact on the character and visual amenity of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies C2 and H16 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the vehicular access for the dwelling shall be as shown on drawing no. CRR/5/04 A accompanying the application and no other vehicular access shall formed or used between the site and the highway. Reason: To protect the rural character and visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
