That within 2 months of the completion of the repair work to the nearby lock being carried out by the Environment Agency or within a year of the date of this decision notice (whichever is the sooner), and notwithstanding the details shown on the plans attached to this planning application, the land and riverbank shall be reinstated to its former condition. This shall include the removal of the shuttering along the bank of the Thames as well as any machinery, equipment and spoil arising from the work and the removal of the fences surrounding the existing hardstanding and the removal of a 5m strip of hardstanding along the riverbank which shall be reinstated as natural bank habitat as described in the Environment Agency's letter dated 10 February 2004, with the exception of the remaining area of hardstanding, which is to be retained as described in agent's letter dated 25 March 2004. Reason: To protect local amenities and to comply with Policies C1, R8 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 2 months of the completion of the repair work to the nearby lock being carried out by the Environment Agency or within a year of the date of this decision notice (whichever is the sooner), footpaths 3 and 7 shall be returned to their designated route. Reason: To protect local amenities and to comply with Policies C1, C3, R7 and R8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the area of hardstanding to be retained shall be used for agricultural purposes only and for no other use whatsoever without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies C1, C3 and R8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
