Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the kitchen window in the south eastern elevation of the scout hall hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply
with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the access road and parking area drainage should be submitted to and approved by, the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing, and the scheme implemented in accordance with these details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
comply with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the paint to be used for the walls of the scout hall hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing and the scheme shall be implemented in accordance with these details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
