That a scheme for the landscaping of the site, including the planting of a hedge along the length of the northern boundary of the new access road, details of the materials to be used for the surfacing of the track and the extent of the grassed central area of the track, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date of this permission and shall be implemented as approved within 6 months of the date of approval. In the event of any of the hedges, shrubs or grass so planted, dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of planting, a new plant or equivalent number of plants shall be planted to replace those that have been lost.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and to
comply with policies C2 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That the stables and access track hereby permitted shall be used only for private and personal use as specified in the application and shall not be used for any commercial or business purposes whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities and to comply with policies C2 and R10 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
