That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That no works of demolition pursuant to this consent shall be undertaken until a contract for the residential development approved under planning permission P03/E0882 has been entered into. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
