Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the new bricks, clay tiles and render to be used for the external walls and roof of the garage building shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. 

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policy G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan.
