Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all external materials to be used in the construction of the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That work shall be carried out without damaging the character of the building, altering features of architectural or historical importance, causing unnecessary disturbance or destroying historic fabric. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
