Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the driveway/crossover shall be as shown on the revised drawing submitted with the applicant's letter dated 19th December 2003 and shall be constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and thereafter maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. The top surface material shall be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to being laid and there shall be provision of a means of preventing surface water from discharging from the site onto the public highway. Reason: To comply with the Local Highway Authority's requirements and to protect local amenities in accordance with policies G10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and T1 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (September 2003).

That the materials to be used in the construction of the retaining walls for the driveway shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and G2 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (September 2003).
