Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 3rd March 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the alterations to the internal fabric and external appearance required to convert the building to residential use the proposal would result in an inappropriate form of development that would be harmful to the historic fabric and character of the building and be detrimental to the character and appearance of the Cuxham Conservation Area. Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, C11, CON6 and CON10 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft policies G2, CON5, CON6, CON10 and E8.
