Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the roof shall be covered with natural slate a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON 6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON 6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new rooflights shall be conservation type and be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON 6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
