That having regard to its scale and bulk, the proposed front extension would constitute a dominant and incongruous addition to the front of the existing building detracting from the appearance of the property and visual amenity of the locality contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft) and advice contained within Section 4.3 and 4.6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That the rear conservatory would result in overlooking to the rear garden of
6 Green Lane, to the detriment of the occupants of this property and contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft).
