That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the rooflights in the south east elevation shall have a minimum cill height of 1.8m above finished floor level and shall be retained as such. Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the external finish of the window frames shall be of the same colour as those used on the existing building Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to be in accordance with policies G1 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
