Planning Permission on 28th November 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the disposal of swimming pool backwash and water during emptying shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G6 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the extension hereby permitted shall remain as ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling as one residential unit and shall not be occupied separately.
Reason: As the separate occupation and use of the accommodation would
represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with
Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
