Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the weatherboarding to be used for the external cladding fo the stable outbuilding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to removal of the weatherboarding a photographic record will be made which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by hte Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of works. Reason: In order to satisfactorily record the original state of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
