Planning Permission on 20th November 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
comply with policies C2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities and to comply with
policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Field House as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate
standards of amenity and privacy and to comply with policy H6 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the proposed garage accommodation should be retained for the parking of vehicles or domestic storage and shall not be converted to habitable accommodation without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the new development does not become a separate
dwelling in accordance with policy H6 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
