Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 3rd March 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the provision of an additional second floor window and the clear glazing of the first floor en-suite window (both of which are in the south west (rear) elevation) and the relationship with No5 Woodlands Road, the proposal results in an unneighbourly form of development that is intrusive on the privacy of No5 Woodlands Road by increasing the ability to overlook the dwelling and rear garden of No5 Woodlands Road from these openings, detracting from the residential amenity of the occupants of that property. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft).
