That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the proposed sign WB1 sited on the side elevation of the new sales building shall not be illuminated at any time, neither shall the logo and neon strips on the canopy.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no signs shall be erected and displayed on land classified as public highway.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not incongruous in accordance with Policy G10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
