That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application limewashed lime render shall be used to cover the poor brickwork on the modern east wing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved details of the ventilation grille proposed for the cellar shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the proposed cills to be used shall match the colour of the roof tiles on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new lime mortar pointing shall match good examples of existing in terms of size of aggregate, colour and size and finish of joint. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
