Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the wall and gate hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area and to comply with Policies CON7 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
