Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 5th November 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the extension of the existing summerhouse into a two-bedroomed property would result in the creation of a self-contained dwelling outside the built-up area of Rotherfield Peppard and would consolidate residential development in the countryside detrimental to the character and visual amenity of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G5, C2 and H6 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft), particularly policies G2, G4, C2, H6 and H13.
