That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the building shall be used as a museum only, and notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, the premises shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy G7 of 
               the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
