That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the new fencing along the front boundary shall be sited behind the existing laurel hedge which shall be retained and maintained at a height of not less than 1.4 m. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
