That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external wall shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the window shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the converted garage hereby permitted two car parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the drawing BPD/175/1 and thereafter the space shall be permanently retained for the parking of cars. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
