That the earth bunds shall not exceed 0.8 m in height above existing ground level. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the site shall be used only for the purposes set out in the agent's letter dated 22 September 2003, that is for the storage of miscellaneous materials and equipment required in connection with the maintenance and upkeep of Thame Park Estate. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, C1 and C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
