That the proposed fence shall be constructed along the same line as the existing post and rail fence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all existing trees and all existing shrubs on the site, and including those between the proposed fence and the road, shall be retained and maintained.
