That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as an equipment shed incidental to the use of Swanwood Cottage.
Reason: To protect the character and amenities of the locality and to be in
accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That the materials to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on Swanwood Cottage.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That the walls of the garage shall be constructed with horizontal dark stained timber weatherboarding.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That the doors to the garage shall be constructed in dark stained vertical timber boarding unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
