Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no part of the extension shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for 2 cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
