That sales to the public shall only take place within the wooden shed hereby permitted and in the area shaded in brown on the 1:500 site location plan accompanying the application. Sales shall be limited to produce grown by the Ways and Means Trust Limited (Greenshoots) at Manor Farm and that there shall be no sales to the public of produce, goods or materials brought onto the land other than the following : (i) pots, containers, hanging baskets, compost, growing medium, bulbs and seeds; (ii) a maximum of two products made by the Ways and Means Trust Limited Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
