That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the development shall be carried out in accordance with drawing no. P.01F accompanying applicant's letter dated 18 November 1998, submitted with application P98/S0725. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the external walls of the dormer windows shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the roof of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
