That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the window in the west elevation shall match those of the existing buiding in type and external finish

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to 
               be in accordance with policies H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan and CON10 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 
               (2nd deposit draft)

That a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the rooflights shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to development/works commencing.

Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the building(s) is satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan.
