That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 or the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking or re-enacting those Orders) the building shall only be used for office purposes (Class B1(a)) and no other use whatsoever.
Reason: That the approved use has been found to be acceptable in this
location due to the small scale size of the unit and low intensive
nature of the use, and any other use of the building within the same
use class may require further detailed consideration by the Local
Planning Authority in accordance with Policy E6 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy E5 of the Second Deposit Draft
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
