Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional openings shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the development hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars and purposes incidental to the occupation of White Lodge as a single dwellinghouse and shall not be used as a separate residential unit. Reason: That a separate unit of residential accommodation would give rise to problems of inadequate levels of amenity, privacy and car parking space contrary to Policies G1, H4 and G11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
