That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north east (rear) elevation of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To protect the privacy of neighbouring properties in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the bathroom window in the north east (rear) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
