That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies C11 and G8 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies C11 and G8 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the walls and joinery shall be dark stained and shall be so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in

That samples of the bricks to be used in the construction of the boundary walls shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development.

That the building shall not be occupied until the private drainage system has been installed in accordance with details specified in the agent's letter dated 1 November 1990.

That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing.
