The land shall be used for the parking of no more than 2 vehicles in association with No 6 and No7 New Buildings only, and shall be retained and maintained as such thereafter. The area hatched blue on the attached plan shall not be used for the parking of any vehicles or domestic use whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the countryside in
accordance with policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan 1997 and policy C2 of the Second Deposit Draft South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (September 2003).
That a hedge of a species to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority shall be planted along the south eastern boundary of the land (immediately adjacent to the post and rail fence) within three months of the date of this permission and such hedge shall be so tended as to grow to, and remain at, a height of not less than 1.2 metres, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the completion of the development shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in
accordance with policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan 1997 and policy C2 of the Second Deposit Draft South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (September 2003).
