Decision
Planning Permission on 29th September 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the access to the building hereby permitted shall only be obtained from the main access to the converted barn. Reason: That the use of the trackway adjacent to Park Corner Farm House would be unneighbourly and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only in connection with and incidental to the occupation of the existing property, Staddlestone House, as a single dwelling house, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the building would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property contrary to Policies G1, C2, G8 and H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
