That prior to the first use of the existing garage as habitable accommodation two car parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the site plan received on 4 August 2003. Thereafter the spaces shall be permanently reserved for the parking of vehicles. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities and to comply with policy G10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
