Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the area in accordance with policy C2 
               of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft 2011.

That upon the building ceasing to be required as a domestic kennel, the building and wire run shall be removed from the land, and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state.

Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy C2 
               of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft 2011.
