Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the morning room shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of any work.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the work respect the character and
appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of
the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the full details of the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work.
Reason: In order to protect the character of the listed building in accordance
with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
