Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the bricks to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies G2, G6 and H13 of the
Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the small window in the side elevation adjacent to the boundary with 4 Albury View be obscure glazed.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies G2, G6 and H13 of the
Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding the floor plans on drawing number CI W01 03 the conservatory shall be no more than 3 metres in depth.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies G2, G6 and H13 of the
Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
