Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That this permission shall enure for the benefit of, and the premises shall only be occupied by Doctors McWhirter, Barton and Silver for use as a General Practice Surgery.
Reason: That the planning permission is granted having regard to the
special circumstances to allow for continuity of medical care in
Nettlebed during the re-development of the existing surgery site.
The stationing of Portakabins on the site in other circumstances
would be contrary to policies C2 and CON7 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the Portakabins shall be removed and the use of the land for a Doctors Surgery shall cease on 31 December 2004 or within one month of the occupation of a new General Practice Surgery in Nettlebed, whichever is the earlier.
