That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of any work a sample panel of the brickwork and flint shall be constructed on site and thereafter work shall not proceed until the sample panel has the written approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
