Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, Parts 1&2 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Parts 1&2 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land, nor shall any structures, vehicles or chattels be erected or placed on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the countryside in
accordance with policy H17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan 1997 and policy H18 of the Second Deposit Draft South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (September 2003).
That a hedge of a species to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority shall be planted along the southern boundary of the land (immediately adjacent to the post and rail fence) within three months of the date of this permission and such hedge shall be so tended as to grow to, and remain at, a height of not less than 1.2 metres, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the completion of the development shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
