That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension and the garage shall submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the joinery and glazing of all doors and windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: In order to ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and shall not be converted to additional residential accommodation, or used for any other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development hereby permitted shall not commence until detailed elevations of the proposed garage have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
