Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the existing fence along the northern boundary of the land be retained at its existing height or replaced by a fence of the same height but otherwise shall not be altered in any other way unless the prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to be in
accordance with policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit
Draft).
