That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 5019431/921/020/3360, 3661 and 3672 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Head of Service for Sustainable Development in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30 September 2008 the buildings be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the buildings condition shall be surveyed and repaired and redecorated where necessary to the satisfaction of the Head of Sustainable Development within six months of this consent. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and to ensure the buildings are maintained in a sound state of repair.
