That no work shall begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and finish of the proposed gates has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
              accordance with policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local 
              Plan.
