That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That full details of the joinery and the glazing for the new windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of works. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
