Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act
1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and
to comply with policy H12, C2 and G1 of South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That the development shall not begin until a scheme for the proposed culvert has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the scheme shall then be implemented in accordance with these details prior to the first use of the garage hereby permited.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution and to comply
with policies G1 and G7 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the widened means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to comply with
policy G10 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the parking provision as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 968203 shall be all constructed, surfaced and laid out, and thereafter reatined unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities and to comply with
policy G10 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
