That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used on the extensions hereby permitted shall be as specified on the approved plans unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the develpment are satisfactory and to comply with policy G1 and H12 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the develpment hereby approved shall not be occupied until the fence specified in the agent's letter dated 18 August 2003, has been erected along the southern boundary. Thereafter it shall be permanently retained unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with policy G1 and H12 of South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
